GRAPHIC DESIGNER, OUTDOOR ENTHUSIAST,
DOG MOM & MARKETING NERD
WHO AM I
My name is Deprise Hutton and I am a 24 year old graphic designer currently based out of Fort McMurray, Alberta.
I have a slight obsession with all things marketing, social media, design, and...dogs.
WHAT ARE MY PASSIONS
When I am working, I am always trying to bring fresh ideas to the table. I feel most happy being able to combine design and marketing to create a strategic outcome. Whether it is creating a marketing campaign for new fitness programs and then designing the deliverables, or managing MacDonald Island Park's Instagram account, I am passionate about the process and thoroughly enjoy being able to learn new things along the way.
When I am not working, you can find me pushing my personal limits, whether it is taking up mountain biking, skiing, surfing, exploring the outdoors with my pup, or taking an online course.
I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Design Degree, with a major in Business & Marketing in May 2016. Before that I also obtained a Visual Art & Design Diploma from Keyano College. Throughout my five years of University education I was able to obtain three internships which allowed me to gain work experience and learn from my team. It also allowed me to get a job right after graduation!
Since my U of A graduation I have been taking online courses, from the Hootsuite Social Media course to the Hubspot Inbound Marketing course.
