One of my final projects as a University student involved us to choose a book to redesign.
I chose to redesign The Top 100 Juices, by Sarah Owen, as a way to challenge myself, mainly through food photography. I decided to change the tone of the book by making it more of a luxurious experience, rather than a small book formatted to be thrown around. I designed a layout that focused on utilizing white space, paired with a classic serif typeface and bright, and colourful photos. In the end I redesigned a 150 page softcover book with over 50 photographs.
